We currently offer free shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders via our logistics partner Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Once your parcel has shipped (usually within 1–3 business days), you’ll receive another email containing your courier details and tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your order status directly on the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided in the email.

4. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at help@qevoria.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

First, check your tracking information to verify the shipment’s current status.

Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Qevoria is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package, but replacement or refund decisions will depend on the courier’s investigation outcome.
