Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to start a return:

Contact us at help@qevoria.com (preferably using the same email you used for your purchase). Include your full name, order number, and a detailed reason for the return. If applicable, attach photos or videos to help us understand the issue.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions for your specific product.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Damages or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us right away with clear images or videos of the issue. Ideally, capture the item on a flat surface with the defect clearly visible.
This helps us quickly resolve the problem and improve our quality control processes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Qevoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
